We are not responsible for erroneous information on our website due to errors, technical problems, or other issues beyond our control.
We respect your privacy and take every step we can to protect your personal and financial information. How do I open and close the adjustable wrist mala bracelets?
1) Hold the mala with the long knot at the top. Use thumb and forefinger from each hand to hold beads on either side of the knots (left hand hold bead on left, right hand hold bead on right).
2) Pull hands apart and away from the knots. You can pull pretty hard!
3) To tighten, pull smalls beads at the end of the string.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact us to figure out an exchange or refund. We are more than willing to work with customers on this.
What are your payment options?
We take PayPal and all major credit cards. Some customers prefer to pay with checks, which is also fine.
Where do your items come from?
All of our products come from Nepal and Tibet. We are able to travel to that part of the world once a year to meet with the producers of the different items.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes. We do work with other small businesses and individuals who need a large quantity of an item for wholesale orders. Fill out our Wholesale Application for a 20-25% discount.
When will my order ship?
We ship most orders within a day of receiving the order and payment.
How will my order ship?
Domestic orders ship using USPS. Most packages arrive within just a few days of the date the order was received. We use First Class and Priority shipping and provide a tracking number, so you know where you package is.
Do you take custom mala orders?
We are able to accommodate most custom mala requests. We have a wide variety of designs, beads and extras. Take a look at what we have to get some ideas and then let us know what you’d like.
When will you ship my order?
We try our best to ship orders the next business day after they are received.
What is the delivery time frame for international orders?
We ship by First Class International Mail, which usually takes 10-15 days (could be as soon as 7 days or as long as 20 days). If package is over 4 pounds, it goes Priority International Mail, which takes 7-10 days. USPS has been doing a very good job of delivering international orders on time.
Do you ship internationally? If you do what is the shipping rate?
Yes, we ship internationally. The rates vary according to the weight of the package and the kind of service you would like us to use. The most inexpensive is USPS, but we can also ship using FedEx. Some countries may charge duty/customs fees which are not included in the pricing of our products. If these fees are assessed, they will be charged to the deliveree upon delivery of the package.
