This mala is beautifully strung with alternating green jade and carnelian beads. Green jade is best known as a symbol of serenity, good luck, and friendship. It is a nurturing stone which increases love and brings harmony. Green jade resonates with the heart chakra. Carnelian is a stone of action; known for aiding in manifestation, courage, clarifying goals, and overcoming abuse. Carnelian resonates with the solar plexus chakra, sacral chakra, and the root/base chakra. Both the green jade and carnelian beads measure approximately 6mm each; however, may vary slightly in size due to their handmade nature.
Malas are worn on the left wrist while not in use. Please contact me with any further questions.

1. Hold the mala with the long knot at the top. Use thumb and forefinger from each hand to hold beads on either side of the knot (left hand holds the bead on the eft, right hand holds the bead on the right).
2. Pull hands apart and away from the long knot. Our malas are usually knotted a little tight so you can pull pretty hard!
3. To tighten, pull small beads at the end of the strings.
