Green Jade and Rudraksha Wrist Mala Yoga Bracelet for Meditation - Red String
This wrist mala combines the rudraksha seed and green jade beads. Rudraksha is known for its ability to aid in controlling stress, meditation, and promoting positive changes. Green jade is a symbol of serenity and purity. It is known to increase love and nurturing and bring harmony, good luck, and friendship. Green jade resonates with the heart chakra. The beads measure approximately 8mm and are strung by Hands of Tibet with love.
Prayer beads are often used in Tibet, India, and Nepal for meditation, counting mantras, and prostration. Malas are worn on the left wrist while not in use. Please contact me with any further questions.
