Lava, Turquoise, and Conch Shell Wrist Mala CL-4
These lava beads were formed by molten lava from the volcanic island of Bali. Lava is known for its grounding and calming properties as well as its ability to aid in enhancing one's connection to the earth and promoting courage and strength. Lava beads are popularly used as essential oil diffusers because of the stone's porous nature. Lava resonates with the base/root chakra. These lava beads are combined with turquoise and conch shell beads for added benefits. Turquoise is known for its ability to protect from outside influences and its ability to dissipate negative energy. Turquoise resonates with the throat chakra. Conch shell is one of the eight auspicious symbols in Buddhism and is known for its ability to awaken one from ignorance. The lava beads measure approximately 8mm, but may vary slightly in size due to their handmade nature.
Prayer mala or beads are often used in Tibet, Nepal, and India by Buddhists for meditation, counting mantras, and prostration. Malas are worn on the left wrist while not in use. Please email me for more detail and I will be more than happy to assist you.
