This beautiful rudraksha mala has an earthy and organic feel due to the different textures and shapes of the beads. This wrist mala is strung with rudraksha beads, one turquoise bead, and two lapis lazuli beads. Rudraksha is known for its ability to aid in controlling stress, meditation, and promoting positive changes. Turquoise is known for its ability to protect from outside influences and its ability to dissipate negative energy. Turquoise resonates with the throat chakra. Lapis is known as a stone of protection. It also brings harmony, peace and the ability to speak one's truth. Lapis resonates with both the throat and third eye chakras. Each of the rudraksha and lapis beads measure approximately 7-8mm and are strung by Hands of Tibet with love.
Prayer beads are usually used for meditation, counting mantras, and prostration. Malas are worn on the left wrist while not in use. Please contact me with any further questions.

1. Hold the mala with the long knot at the top. Use thumb and forefinger from each hand to hold beads on either side of the knot (left hand holds the bead on the eft, right hand holds the bead on the right).
2. Pull hands apart and away from the long knot. Our malas are usually knotted a little tight so you can pull pretty hard!
3. To tighten, pull small beads at the end of the strings.
