 This listing is for a sandalwood Wrist mala with lapis spacer.  There are 26 sandalwood beads and one lapis bead on the string.  Each of the bead measures 7mm and hand strung in the USA.  This wrist mala comes in a handmade silk draw string pouch.  Mala beads are usually used for meditation, counting mantras, prostration and so on. You can usually see lots of Tibetan buddhist monks and lay persons use malas while they go around stupas or doing prostrations all over Tibet, Nepal and India. In the monasteries monks use mala for Buddhist Phylosophical debading. You wear it around your left wrist while the mala not in use. Please let me know with any more questions
