This listing is for a 6mm tiger eye wrist mala bracelet with a tiger's eye guru bead. Tiger’s eye is useful for releasing fear and anxiety, finding harmony, mental clarity, courage, and self-confidence. It resonates with the solar plexus chakra. All of the beads are strung by Hands of Tibet and measure approximately 6mm and the guru bead measures 8mm, but may vary slightly in size due to their handmade nature.

Prayer beads are usually used for meditation, counting mantras, and prostration. Malas are worn on the left wrist while not in use. Please contact me with any further questions.

Suggested mantras for this mala:

"Om Muni Muni Maha Muni Ye Soha" to Lord Buddha Shakyamuni
"Om Tare Turi Tutari Turi Soha" to White Tara
"Tayatha Om Pekatse Pekatse Maha Pekatse Raza Samu Gati Soha" to Medicine Buddha

How to adjust this wrist mala (you can also reference our instructional video https://www.handsoftibet.com/how-to-adjust-our-wrist-mala-bracelet/):

1. Hold the mala with the guru bead at the top.

2. Either slide the knot above the guru bead up or pull the beads on either side of the guru bead away from each other which will push the guru bead and the knot up towards the ends of the string.

3. To tighten, hold the small beads at the ends of the string and pull the guru bead and knot back down.
