For centuries Tibetans have hung prayer flags on mountain tops, homes, stupas and temples. The prayers written on the flags are released out to the universe as the wind blows through them. As the images and prayers fade from the flags, they become a part of the universe. New flags are often hung on auspicious days and during celebrations.

I love these flags! I hung two sets across the front of my house so that I cross under them to get inside an so they cross over my bedroom window. They are so bright and wonderful! I've ordered many more to give to friends. They are wonderful.

I hang these under a porch roof where they are out of the weather and the wind still moves them. They make me feel peaceful.
